众所周知,英汉两种语言在语序方面有相同之处,也有不同之处。翻译中,由于不熟悉两种语言语序的异同,往往会造成译文不通顺或引起误解。 现代英语基本上是分析语,它虽仍保留着若干古英语的词形变化体系,但它的格的复杂纷繁变化已几乎消失殆尽,句子中词与词之间的语法关系及遣词造句主要不是靠词形变化,而是靠语序、虚词等来表示。因此,英语句子结构和句子各部分之间的位置比较固定。
