本文综述了层次分析法的基本原理和过程，建立了湖南省粮食生产发展对策分析的层次分析模型，对影响湖南省粮食生产发展的多种因素进行了综合排序，其结果有一定的实际指导意义．

The basical theorem and process of AHP method are summarized in this paper, Then,the model of AHP for analysing the strategies for the production and development of grain in Hunan is set up. According to the analyses of AHP,the main factors relating to the production and development of grain in Hunan are put in order. The results of this paper are as practical instructive significance.
