铜与氯化苄部分季铵盐化的聚4-乙烯吡啶的络合物催化漆酚氧化聚合 Ⅰ.催化作用与漆膜性能

摘要 用氯化苄部分季铵盐化的聚4—乙烯基吡啶与铜的络合物代替漆酶,并将其水溶液与漆酚调合,配制了和原生漆相似的“油包水珠”型乳液,其漆膜在34℃普通烘箱中放置7.5小时达表干,4天后硬度为0.84,不仅保持了原生漆膜硬度大、耐水、耐盐、耐酸和耐有机溶剂等特点,而且其耐碱能力(40%NaOH)大大超过原生漆(1%NaOH),耐热性能也有所提高。 Copper complexes with partially quaternized poly- (4-vinylpyridine) by benzyl chloride could be used to take the place of both laccase and gum of original Chinese lacquer. It not only made urushiol -water be emulsified but also catalyzed it to oxypolymerize to coating at 34℃ in general oven where it surface drying time was 7.5 hours and its hardness had reached 0. 84 after 4 days. The coating as well as original Chinese lacquer coating resisted water, salts, acids, and organic solvents. It is interesting that the coating could resist a solution of 40% NaOH that is forty times more than the one of 1% NaOH which can be resisted by original Chinese lacquer coating. In addition, heat-resistance of the coating was also better than original Chinese lacquer coating
