血小板三种测定方法实验比较

THE COMP ARISON OF THREE METHODS OF PLATELET DETERMINATION

本文对血小板三种测定方法——直接计数法、血涂片计数法和自动化仪器（东亚Ｆ—８００型血球计数仪）分析法作了方法比较实验研究。结果表明：自动化分析法准确度好、精密度高，直接计数法次之，与自动化法比较，其相关系数为０．９２１４，回归方程Ｙ＝０．８８６７Ｘ＋６．１５２８；血涂片法误差较大，与自动化法比较Ｐ＜０．０１，具有显著性差异。故本文认为血涂片法的推广应用尚有一定的局限性。
