系统性红斑狼疮的心脏病变32例报告

THIRTY-TWO CASES OF SLE WITH CARDIOPATHY

本文报告３２例合并心脏病变的系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ），占同期住院ＳＬＥ总数的２７．６％。其中以心包积液（３４．４％），心脏扩大（３１．３％），心功能不全（２８．１％）多见，并就ＳＬＥ所致心脏病变的特点进行讨论。

he author reports 32 cases of SLE with heart disease. The result shows that the mainmanifestations are hydropericardium cardiac dialatation and cardiac insufficency. Also theauthor discussed the characteristics of SLE associated with cardiopathy.
