肝硬化并发原发性肝癌─—附20例分析

PRIMARY CARCINOMA OF THE LIVER WITH CIRRHOSIS OF LIVER

本文对肝硬化并发原发性肝癌２０例的临床特点进行了分析，表明肝硬化特别是乙型肝炎后硬化并发原发性肝癌的比例高。肝硬化并发肝癌时，特别在早期，常易被认为是肝硬化病情的进展，易造成漏误诊。对此，本文探讨了肝硬化并发原发性肝癌的临床特点及其诊断。

wenty cases of primary liver carcinoma with liver cirrhosis were analysised clinically. The result shows that primary liver carcinoma was inclined to occur with liver cirrhosis. When primary liver carcinoma of occurred especially at first stage it was frequently regardedas increasing of the primary diseases,thus resulting in misdiagnosis. The courses of diseasesof it was also discussed.
