9例肠型恶性组织细胞增生症的临床病理分析

CLINICAL AND PATHOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF MAIGNANT HISTIOCYTOSIS OF THE INTESTINES OF 9 CASES

报告９例肠型恶性组织细胞增生症，男性７例，女性２例。年龄１５─７９岁，３０岁以下５例。临床以发热、腹痛、便血、肠穿孔为特点。病程均在半年内，７例于确诊后２月内死亡。６例病变位于空、回肠，以多发性肠坏死、溃疡、穿孔为主要改变。５例肠系膜淋巴结受累，但其结构多完整。对其临床病理特，点和误诊原因进行了讨论。

alignant histiocytosis of the intestines of 9 cases were reported,among which 7 casesare male,2 cases female,ages ranging from 15 to 79 years,with 5 cases under 30 years.clinical features were irregular fever,abdominal pains, hematochezia and intestine perfora-tion. Disease courses lasted half a year. 7 cases died within 2 months after correct diagnoses. Jejunum and ileum of 6 cases were injured.Main changes were necrosis,ulcer, perforation. Mesentery lymphnodes of 5 cases were invaded,but their strucrures were not destroyed. The clinical and pathological features of malignant histiocytosis of the intestines and thecause of disdiagnosis vvere discussed in the paper.
