中西医结合治疗老年股骨颈骨折

THE TREATMENT FOR THE FRACTURES OF FEMORAL NESK IN SENILE PATIENT WITH COMBINATION OF CHINESE TRADITIONAL AND WESTERN MEDICINE

本文总结了１０６例老年新鲜股骨颈骨折，７９例有并存病，占７４．５３％。均采用中西医结合保守治疗，经随访半年至五年１０３例，优良率为７７．６７％。作者认为老年新鲜股骨颈骨折中ＧａｒｄｅｎⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型，特别是有并存病致手术耐受力下降者，中西医结合保守治疗既安全又疗效佳；ＧａｒｄｅｎⅣ型的预后较差应考虑手术治疗。

06 cases with fresh fracture of femoral neck in senile patients were reported and 79 cas-es (74.53%)of them were with concomitant diseases. All of the patients were treated withpalliative methods of Chinese traditional and western medicine. 103 cases were followed upfor 0.5-5 yrars. The results showed that 77.6%of the patients were good effect. So,au-thors suggested that the palliative methods of Chinese traditional and western medicine canbe safely and effectivedly used for garden Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ type of the fresh fracture of femoral neckin senile patients especially for those with concomitant disease and lower toleranca to opera-tion.
