摘要
本文就１９８８—１９９４年在我院分娩的３５例双胎的分娩方式及围产儿结局进行分析。找出早期诊治双胎妊娠并发症，特别是妊高征和正确处理第二胎儿分娩的重要性。
he intrapartum management and the fetal outcotne in 35 cases of twin gestation from1988 to 1994 were analyzed.It is indicated that necessary are the early diagnosis and treat-ment of maternal complications,particularly pregnancy induced hypertension. An importantway to reduce perinatal mortality is to correctly deliver the second fetus.
