小儿风湿性舞蹈病14例临床分析

14 CASES OF CHILDREN RHEUMATIC CHOREAS CLINIC ANALYSES

本文报告了１４例风湿性舞蹈病患儿。男５例，女９例，男女之比为１：１．８。年龄在８－１４岁之间。全部病例皆有不自主运动，其次为步态不稳、挤眉弄眼、精细动作困难、伸舌、无力等。与风湿热有关的实验室检查阳性率不多。抗风湿治疗加镇静剂效果较好。

This paper reported 14 cases of rheumatic choreas patients, Male 5 cases,famale 9 cas-es,Male and famale were 1:1.8. It’s onset between 8 and 14 years of age,All cases had in-voluntary movement,secondly were unsteady steps,protrude one’s tongue,and muscularweakness etc, Positive reaction date were a few with relation to rheumatism experiment ex-amination, Antirheumatic treatment plus seda sedatvie achieved fairly good results.
