冬葵子、苘麻子的鉴别与应用

中药冬葵子，为锦葵科植物冬葵ＭａｌｖａｖｅｒｔｉｃｉｌｌａｔａＬ．和的ｃｒｉｓｐａＬ的干燥成熟果实，苘麻子，为锦葵科植物苘麻ＡｂｕｔｉｌｏｎｔｈｅｏｐｈｒａｓｔｉＭｅｄｉｃ的干燥成熟种子．由于多种原因，我地一些中药材公司和医院中药房的冬葵子，不是锦葵科植物冬葵的干燥成熟果实，而是锦葵科植物苘麻的干燥成熟种子。冬葵子和苘麻子是两种中药，其基源、药材性状、组织特征、理化鉴别都不相同，它们的性能、功效和主治也有很大差别。因此，应当分别入药，不能混用，即处方写“冬葵子”应当用冬葵的干燥成熟果实，而不能用苘麻的干燥成熟种子，而处方写“苘麻子”，才能用苘麻的干燥成熟种子。
