急性脑卒中患者早期血糖改变的对照分析

A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF HYPEKGLYCEIA AND NORMOGLYCEMIA IN ACUTE CEKEBKAL APOPLEXY PATIENTS

对１１２例非糖尿病性急性脑卒中患者的早期期血糖改变进行了对照分析。结果表明：高血糖组较非高血糖组重症率高，近期死亡率亦高（Ｐ均＜０．０１）．出血组和梗塞组的重症与轻症之间血糖的均值差异也非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），对此结果的临床意义进行了讨论。

he level of blood glucose was determined in 112 nondiabetic patients with acute cere-bral apoplexy in 48 hours after an attack. Comparative analyses were done in patients withhyperglycemia and patients vvith normoglycemia. The results showed that the level of bloodglucose was significantly higher in those patients with severe acute cerebral apoplexy thanthose with mild(P<0. 01)。The incidence of severe type in patients with hyperglycemia wassignificantly higher than patients with normoglycemia(P< 0.01)。The mortality of the pa- tients with hyperglycemia was significantly higher than that of patients with normoglycemia(P<0. 01)。We believe that the determination of blood glucose levels could help explore theseverity of cerebral apoplexy and help evaluate the patients prognosis.It is necessary toclosely monitor and proerly control blood glucose levels in emergency treatment of cerebralapoplexy.
