脑动脉硬化症131例临床分析

本文对１３１例脑动脉硬化症的临床资料进行分析。结果发现：本病早期临床表现以神经衰弱症状群或伴有精神障碍为主的病例，约有３０％的病例被诊断为神经衰弱或精神病。作者针对本病的早期诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗问题进行讨论，以提供临床参考。

The paper analysised the clinical data in 131 cases of cerebral atherosclevosis. The re-sult discovered that the early clinical symptoms of this disease mainly showed neurasthenia’s syndromes and mental disorders. The cases of 30 percent diagnosed neurasthenia or psy-chosis. The author aims that proflems of early diagnosis differential diagnosis and treatmentwere discussed.In order to provide reference of the reader.
