28例缩窄性心包炎诊治分析

DIAGNOSES AND TREATMENT OF 28 CASES FOR CONSTRICTIVE PERICARDITIS PATIENTS

本文对我科１９８７年１月至１９９１年１月收治缩窄性心包支２８例，治愈２４例（８５．５％），好转２例（７．１％），总有效率为９２．６％，疗效满意。现就有关诊断，治疗，监测等问题进行探讨。

he authors reported 28 cases constrictive pericarditis patients’ diagnoses and treat-ments in the article. When the patients went to see doctors at the first time, 6 patients werediagnosed constrictive pericarditis, 22 patients were diagnosed other diseases. The error di-agnostic rate was 78.6%, Thte causes of error diagnosis were:①Not tipycal disease historyand various syndromes;②The doctors had not got the clear ill history and some doctorshadn’t had the developement knowledge about constrictive pericarditis ;③No effective exami-nation measurement. After had the correct diagnosis and got pericardectomy, 24 patientswere cured(85.5%)2 patients were improved(7.1%)total effective rate was 92. 6%. Theauthers discuss the achievement experience of the constrictive pericarditis patients’ diagno-sis. treatment and inspection in this anticle.
