摘要
应用口服米非司酮配伍米索前列腺醇对１２８例早孕妇女行药物流产，完全流产１０５例，占８２．０３％，不全流产２３例，占１７．９７％。讨论：对阴道流血亡超过月经量的两倍或少量流血超过两周者，不论胚囊是否掉出，均应尽早清宫，是减少流血时间和感染的关键。
ifepristone combined with misoprostol were used in 128 women in early pregnancy fortermination of early gestation. 105 subjects were complete abortion (82.03%), 23 subjectswere incomplete abortion(17^ 97%).This paper suggested that it is important for vaginalbleeding beyond menstrual quantity,whether the embryo is missed or not,to operate curet-tage.
