摘要
本文通过学习《邓小平文选》,结合具体的工作实践,对现行的干部人事制度改革提出了三方面建议:确立与效益性相适应以致绩论英雄的用人机制;引入与竞争性相适应,充分体现激励作用的竞争机制;建立与法制性相适应的科学保障机制。
In this article, by studying Selected Works of Deng Xiaping, combining with the spe-cial work practice, I advance three suggestions about reforms of ourrent cadre personnel system. That is, the mechanism of using personnel should be set up corresponding, to ben-efits. The suitable competition which can fully reflect inspiration should be introduced. And the scientific security mechanism should be established corresponding to the legal sys-tem.
