摘要
提出一种具有明确物理意义的“等效纸机”,采用机理分析结合实验的方法首次提出了纸机定量水分控制的通用建模方法,由此得到的模型结构简单,可以适用于不同纸机和不同纸种的生产过程;对模型的有效性进行了验证。
Papermaking is a complex process of mass and heat transfer. A large number of mathematical models in regard to basis weight and moister control have been reported,but most of them dealt with specific conditions related to a certain designated papermachine. In this paper,an Equivalent papermachine' is being proposed as the basis for the building up of a universal model for basis weight and moisture control. The resultant model is analyzed and correlated with experimental data on three different types of papermachines.The validity of the model for various paper-machines is verified.
