大鼠脑水肿模型脑含水量与伊文思蓝含量的相关分析 被引量:1

摘要 向左颈内动脉内注射百日咳菌液,造成Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠脑水肿模型,同法注射生理盐水和正常手术后处死作为对照。分别测定注菌(盐水)后1h、4h、24h及正常组脑含水量和甲酰胺法伊文思蓝Evansblue(EB)含量,以确认脑水肿的存在和血脑屏障(BBB)的损伤以及两者间的相互关系。结果显示注射百日咳菌液能引起脑水肿,脑含水量与EB含量在注菌4h组呈密切相关(r:0.8625)(左),P<0.002;0.8357(右),P<0.005);注菌24h组EB含量明显低于注菌1h和4h组(P<0.001)。提示本模型早中期BBB损伤和脑水肿形成均已明显,后期脑水肿依然严重,而EB含量明显降低可能与BBB损伤的修复或EB本身的排泄有关。 A new model of acute brain edema was induced by left intracarotid injection of pertussis bacilli (PB) in Sprague-Dawley rats. Control groups consist of rats with injection of normal saline (NS) in the same way or normal rats with the same operation (OC). 1 ,4,24 hours (h) later the animals were killed by decapitation and brains were removed rapidly (OC). It was examinated in water content (WC) and Evans Blue (EB) of brain tissue respectively. The results showed that an infectious brain edema could be induced by left intracarotid injection of PB: a very good correlativity between WC and EB in group PB of 4h [r : 0. 8625 (L) ,P<0. 002; 0. 8357(R) ,P<0. 005]; an obvious decrease of EB in group PB of 24h occured compared with groups PB of 1h and 4h. It suggested that injury of blood brain barrier (BBB) and formation of brain edema were obvious in the early and the midterm stage and decrease of EB in group PB 24h may be related with the repairment of BBB and metabolism of EB in the late stage of this model.
