非何杰金氏淋巴瘤流式细胞分析

ANALYSIS OF FLOW CYTOMETRY IN NON-HODGKIN'S LYMPHOMAS

该文报道了６３例非何杰金氏淋巴瘤，应用流式细胞仪分析瘤细胞ＤＮＡ含量和合成期比率。结果表明：１．ＤＮＡ指数为０．９１～１．５７，均值为１．２３；２．非整倍体率为７６．１９％（４８／６３例），以ＤＮＡ超二倍体为主；３．Ｓ期比率和细胞增殖指数分别为２０．５６％和３５．６８％。该文发现高度恶性组比中度恶性组，结外组比结内组肿瘤有较高的细胞ＤＮＡ含量和合成期比率。光镜下观察的核分裂计数与增殖活性之间无相关性。提示流式细胞分析有助于非何杰金氏淋巴瘤的诊断及其恶性度的估价。

Cellular DNA content and synthetic fraction were measured by flow cytometry from 63 non-Hodgkin's lymphomas with morphologic diagnosis made according to the International Working Formulation (WF). The results were as follows : 1. DNA Index(DI) ranged from 0. 91 to 1. 57 with an average of 1. 23; 2. Aneuploid frequency was 76. 19% (48/63 cases) , the DNA hyperdiploidy was occupied a dominant position; 3. The percentage of S phase fraction and cell proliferation index were 20. 56% and 35. 68%, respectively.The paper did find that DNA content and synthetic fraction are higher in high grade and extranodal groups than in intermediate grade and nodal groups. No correlation was found between the mitotic count and proliferative activity. These results suggested that cytometry flow analysis is useful for diagnosis of non Hodgkin's lymphoma and evaluation of their malignancy.
