摘要
用链脲佐菌素复制了实验性Ⅰ型糖尿病动物模型。给药两周后,实验性IDDM雌性大鼠在动情间期血清雌二醇(E_2)水平较对照组降低,雌二醇/睾酮比值下降,推测胞浆雌激素受体(ER)最大结合容量(B_(max))较对照组增高,胞核ER的B_(max)减少。实验结果提示:IDDM雌鼠生殖功能异常可能与E_2水平、E_2/T比值降低以及ER由胞浆向胞核的转移受阻,胞浆滞留有关。
Diabetes was induced in adult female Wistar rats with a single intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin. The mechanism of reproductive failures was studied in female diabetic rats. Two weeks after using streptozotocin , the result showed that the serum levels of estrodiol (E_2) andthe ratio of serum E_2 to testosterone (T) were significantly lower in diabetic rats than those in controls ; Statistics analysis revealed that the maximal binding capacity (B_(max)) values of cytosol estrogen receptor (ER) were significantly higher in diabetic rats than those in controls and the B_(max) values of nuclear ER were lower. These results indicated that the reprodutive failures of female diabetic rats may have relation to decreased serum levels of E_2 and ratio of serum E_2 to T and nuclear translocation of cytosol receptors.
