头部肿瘤的术前栓塞治疗

Preoperative Therapeutic Embolization of the Head Tumor

作者对中耳血管瘤、上颌窦癌、蝶骨骨肉瘤、脑膜瘤及鼻咽血管纤维瘤等16例患者行术前颈外动脉栓塞治疗，收到了良好的止血效果。其中11例术中出血很少，不必输血，为临床彻底切除肿瘤提供了有利条件，文中着重就插管技术、栓塞意义、影响止血效果的诸因素、并发症的预防等问题进行了讨论。

Preoperative therapeutic embolization via external carotid artery was performed in 16 patients with meningioma, nasopharyngeal angiofibroma and other head tumors. Good hemostatic results were achieved. 11 cases of the patients bled less during operation without need of blood transfusion. So it was very convenient to complete resection of the tumors. The catheterization techniques, factors affecting hemosatic effect, and prevention of complications were emphatically discussed in this paper.
