肺癌脑转移瘤的CT表现

本文总结了经手术病理证实的37例不同类型肺癌脑转移的CT表现,其中肺腺癌17例,肺鳞癌11例,鳞腺癌及大细胞癌,小细胞癌共9例。发现肺腺癌脑转移瘤的CT表现多样,可为结节状,环状,以结节状肿瘤为多,其水肿轻重不一。鳞癌脑转移瘤水肿多较重,且环状强化多见,并有向对侧脑转移的倾向,对于等密度,无水肿瘤灶,提示大剂量增强扫描的重要性,另对肺癌单发脑转移瘤的诊断进行了探讨。

The authors reviewed and analyzed 37 patients with cerebral metastasis from the lung cancer. They were confirmed by operation with pathology, of them, including 17 cases of adenocarcinoma, 11 cases of squamous-cell carcinoma,squamon-sadenocarcinoma, and 9 cases of large-cell plus small-cell carcinoma. CT features of the metastasis from adenocarcinoma shown; nodular and/or ring shapes with a various degree edema; this edema was more severe in squamous-cell carcinoma and might have the ring-shaped enhancement, It trend to metastasize both side of the cerebral. It is important to scan with large dose enhancement. or isodensity of adnocarcinoma without edema.
