摘要
报告CT检查的17例急性局灶性细菌性肾炎。CT主要表现为肾实质局灶性肿块伴肾周筋膜增厚。密切结合临床可做出本病诊断,抗炎治疗后随访是明确诊断的重要手段。
The authors reported 17 patients with acute focal bacterial nephritis. The main findings of CT were focal mass of renal parenchyma, accompanied with thickening of renal fascia. This diagnostic conclusion can be reached by combining clinical materiials. Observations following the antibiotic treatment served as an important means for accurte diagnosis.
