摘要
本文介绍采用肝节段动脉碘油抗癌药混合乳液夹馅法化学栓塞治疗肝癌的肤浅体会。超选择性插管的基本方法包括:(1)导管导丝一导管交换法,(2)徽导管同轴导管法。
37 cases of hepatoma was treated by segmental hepatic artery sandwish Lipiodol-THAE. Two basic methods were used for superselective catheterization: (1) the catheter-guidwire and catheter exchange method j (2) the coaxial doubie-catheter method.
