摘要
本文回顾性分析了30例原发性腹膜后非器官源性肿瘤的CT资料,结果显示CT能提供肿瘤准确定位诊断。良性肿瘤边界清,形态规则;恶性肿瘤边界不清,形态不规则,有大片坏死区;同时对肿瘤具体类型鉴别诊断,作者提出了诊断要点。
The CT findings of 30 patients with primary retroperitoneal tumors were reviewed. The results showed CT could accurately localize the lesions. Benign tumors were usually well-defined, and malignant ones ill-defined, irregular in shape, heterogenous in density with tissue necrosis. We suggested some main points of CT diagnosis on the differential diagnosis of primary retroperitoneal tumors.
