摘要
在pH5,0,37℃,反应15分钟的条件下测定了小麦、大麦、豆饼、玉米、菜籽饼和麦麸中的植酸酶活性(PU/g干物质),它们分别为1454、1278、204、183、334和2349。麦麸中植酸酶有较好的耐热性,在60℃或80℃的温度下加热1小时,其活性仅下降了7%,但在100℃的温度下加热1小时,植酸酶的活性却下降60%。
The commonly-used plant feedstuffs were determined for their phytase activities under the condimon of pH 5.0.37℃ and 15 minutes reaction time.The results showed that the phytase activity m corn,soybean meal.rapeseed meal,barley,wheat,and wheat bran(WB)was 183,204,334,1287,1454,and 2349PU/g dry matter respectively.The phytase in WB lost 7% of its activity when it was heated at 60 or 80℃for one hour,but the activity lost by 60% at 100℃
