摘要
碳糊化学修饰电极是在普通碳糊中加入特定的化学修饰剂而制成的一类新型电极.由于碳糊电极本身具有较大的电位使用范围,背景电流低,表面更新方便,并且容易与各种固体和液体试剂混合,因而这类修饰电极近年来得到了迅速发展.通过选择特效性的修饰剂,可以使电极具有很高的灵敏度和选择性.本文报道了一种用萃取剂三烷基叔胺(N_(235))制成的碳糊修饰电极.该电极可以从溶液中选择性萃取富集金,在直接测定某些金矿样品时得到了满意的结果.作者在自制的挤压式碳糊电极上,对这种萃取型化学修饰电极的制备,富集,活化,再生过程和电化学特性进行了系统的研究.
A carbon paste electrode chemically modified with alkyl tertial amine (N235) is used for the selective accumulation of gold (III). The calibration plots are linear for the 0.1 -10mgL-1 range and the detection limit is 0.07mgL-1 This electrode has been used to measure gold concentration in soma mineral samples without pre-isolation. The preparation and the electrochemical properties of the electrode, and the mechanism of extraction and activation are studied.
