论市场经济体制的建立与农业经营方式的变革

ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF MARKET ECONOMY SYSTEM AND THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE MODE OF AGICULTURAL ADMINISTRATION

本文分析了农业和农民向市场经济体制转换中面临的问题,以及市场经济条件下农业中市场机制运行所必备的要素与环境。围绕如何达到农业增长和农民增收相一致这一问题,提出向市场经济转换时期的农业经营方式应当是农户经营规模扩大和农户多种经营,并提出目前建立市场体制必不可少的实施措施。

In this paper, the writer analysesed the problem which famers and agriculture arefaced with in the transformation to market economy; the facts and situation which most be fit for the agricultural market mechanism in the market economy, suggests that agricultural administration should enlarge the scale of farm holding and take the part-time famer, in the period of the transformation of market economy in order to increase the production of agriculture and the income of farmers and give necessary measures to establish the system of market economy.
