摘要
试验材料采用海兰W36商品代杂慢羽公鸡与来航型慢羽纯系母鸡杂交。对它们的F_1代快、慢羽母鸡性能进行比较,进一步探讨遗传背景一致的伴性羽速基因对蛋鸡生产性能的影响。资料以公鸡家系为单位用最小二乘分析法处理(Harcy 1975),进行显著性检验。结果是,快慢羽鸡在育成期和产蛋期死亡率、18周龄体重、开产蛋重、300日龄蛋重、67周龄蛋重均差异不显著(P>0.05),6周龄体重慢羽鸡大于快羽鸡差异显著(P<0.05),开产日龄慢羽鸡比快羽鸡早3.4天,差异显著(P<0.05)。300日龄和467日龄产蛋数(H.H.)快、慢羽鸡有差异,但未达到统计上的显著水平。说明慢羽基因(K)对蛋鸡的主要经济性状的影响不大,羽速自别雌雄蛋鸡具有应用前景。
A contrast experiment was conducted for the feathering effect on performance in two laying group chickens. One group was 259 ♀ ♀ rapid-feathering and the other group was 245 ♀ ♀ slow-feathering. All of them were came from same sires (heterozygote in slow-feathering) and dams (pure line in slow-feathering). The results showed that the viability in rearing and laying period, the body weight at age of 18 weeks old, the egg weight at the age of first egg, 300 days old and 67 weeks old all were not signifiant in difference. The body weight of slow-feathering group at the age of 6 weeks was larger than rapid-feathering group (P<0.05). The age of first egg in slow-feathering group was early 3.4 days than rapid-feathering group (P<0.05). The egg prodoction at the age of 300 days and 467 days old for the two groups had some difference, but not significant. These results indicate that the gent of slow-feathering (K) has not unsuitolke effect and can be used in lagyers for auto-sexing.
