摘要
本文测定了添加不同量鸡粪再生饲料猪肉中肌苷酸的含量。结果表明各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05),适量添加鸡粪再生饲料对猪肉中肌苷酸的含量无影响。
Inosinic acid contents in the muscle of pigs which were raised with chicken droppings regenerated feeds were detected. The results showed that there was no significant difference among these groups (P>0.05). Adding appropriate amount of chicken droppings regenerated feeds to pigs has no effect on inosinic acid contents in the muscle.
