Enhancement of Devices for Decoking and Dedusting to Improve Gas Quality in a Boiler

攀钢热电厂二期锅炉投运后，由于焦炉煤气质量差，导致烧嘴经常堵塞，需经常停炉和抽盲板．经改造后增设了除焦油、灰尘安置，并且可兼水封功能，改善了煤气质量，减少了运行成本．

Burners were often blocked. resulting in shutdown of a boiler and in re- moving of blank plates due to deteriorative gas quality of a coke furnace in boiler commis- sioning of the second period in Heat and Power Plant of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Company. After improvement devices for decoking and dedusting were enhanced. The devices had ca- pacity of water seal. Therefore, gas quality was improved and operation cost was decreased.
