玻璃纤维增强塑料应用于垃圾集装箱的研究

摘要 通过对垃圾集装箱的结构和特点进行分析、论证,提出如何合理选择原材料,以便满足设计要求。设计上采用纤维增强塑料箱板和金属框架混合型结构形式。可解决耐腐蚀、耐冲击、耐磨、易变形、箱板和框架连接等问题。由于加入填料,改善了性能,降低成本,提高了力学性能,同时在阻燃问题上选择合理组份材料,调整配方组份和含量,添加阻燃剂,使氧指数达到26%,起到了一定的阻燃效果。 Detail analysis and sufficient demonstration were given by this essay on the structure and characteristic for waste container, on such base raw material was reasonably selected to meet the design requirence. The structure of fabric reinforced plastic plate in combination with that of metal frame was adopted, with which the problems were solved on corrosion, shock, deformation and the connection of container plate with frame. Due to the addition of the filling material, the performance was improved and the cost was reduced meanwhile the selection of the reasonable materials, adjustment of formula component and content as well as the addition of fire retardant, making the oxygen index by up to 26%, took certain effect on fire resistance.
