This article analyzes main reasons that No. 5 CC50- 90/l3/l.2 type 50MW turbo-generator of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Company could not fulfil production after commissioning. The paper proposes corresponding measures. Therefore it obtains satisfacto- ry results.
