摘要
1.0mm/LGA3和0.1mm/LBR处理离体苎麻叶圆片能使CAT、POX活性和同功酶谱带发生明显变化.GA3、BR处理3h时,与对照(H2O处理)相比,CAT同功酶谱带数相同,均为两条带,但第一带的活性明显高于对照;处理6h时,与对照相比CAT同功酶增加了一条快带.POX同功酶在GA3、BR处理后6h时,也比对照增加了一条快带,共为8条带,在增加的这条快带中BR处理的活性高于GA3处理的;到处理12h时,POX同功酶谱中最慢的两条带消失,中间带活性增加,BR处理的与对照的酶港带数相同,而GA3处理的仍比对照多一条.
In the detached ramie leaves treated with 1. 0mg/L GA_3 and 0. 1mg/L BR,CAT and POX activities and bands of isoenzyme changed. Both CAT and POX activities increased during 0  ̄12 hours of the treatment period compared with the activity of the contrast (H2O treatment). The numbers of CAT isoenzyme bands of all treatments for 3 hours were two,but the GA3 and BR treatments for 6 hours increased one fast isoenzyme band compared with the contrast.Meanwhile,the GA3 and BR treatments also increased one fast POX isoenzyme band,in which the activity of BR treatment was higher than that of the GA3 treatment, with total bands of eight. Then, as the two slowest mobility bands disappeared for 12 hours,the middle mobility POX bands activities increased greatly. And the difference between GA3 and BR treatments for 12 hours was that only GA3 treatment still maintained one more POX isoenzyme band with fast mobility than the BR treatment and the contrast.
