摘要
讨论了具有非绝对零度(T=Tc≠0)“费米海”能态系统T<Tc后的电子相变.从理论上给出了T<Tc时费米面附近两自旋反平行电子所满足的薛定谔方程组,解方程得到:只有费米面附近组态为(k↑e1,-k↓e2)的两电子才具有稳定的低能态,其能量本征值为给出了超导能隙Eg与温度T的关系式和超导电性转变(电子在K空间“凝聚”)的物理图象;揭示了“CooperPair”的相对运动状态(即局域量子谐振子态)和超导电性转变(T≤Tc)与晶格类相变(T=Tp>Tc)间的必然联系.
In this paper,electronic phase transition has been discussed for Fermi sea(T=Tc) system after T < Tc. Schrodinger equation of Cooper pair (k↑e1, - k ↓e2) has been given.We find Cooper pair's energy state (T) and superconduction gapEg. Relationship between superconducting transition (T < Tc) and crystal lattice PLT (T= Tp> Tc) has been revealed.
