蕲艾、北艾、川艾精油化学成分比较研究

Comparison of Chemical Composition on QiAi,BeiAi ChuanAi Essence

对蕲艾、北艾、川艾精油进行色谱－质谱联用分析，比较研究了各自的组分数、各组分的含量和出油率等差异．结果表明：蕲艾具有出油率高、中馏分含量高等优点．

There are three chief varietise of Argyi in China, but their essential oil compositionshave not been reported, in this paper,their components and percentage ratio are determined byGC-MS. The Qiai (Artemisia argyi cv qiai)give the highest yield of essential oil and highest midfraction content, which are in accordance with the best efficiancy in medicine.
