摘要
比较了经不同强度恒磁场处理的水稻染色体核型和G-显带带型.观察到经磁场强度为800mT、1000mT、1800mT磁场处理的水稻种子,其染色体的臂长、臂比、每条染色体的G-带数目以及带纹大小和着色深浅等带型特征均与未经磁场处理的对照(CK)有明显的差异.
In this paper we studied that the possible influence of magnetic field (MF) on ricechromosome. We observed that the chromosomes of rice seed, which was treated by magnetic field with strength 800mT, 1000mT, 1800mT, shown obviously different from withoutMF treating in chromosome arm length, arm ratio and G-band number of each arm as well asthe size and degree of G-bands.
