酶解蔗渣蒸汽预处理研究

研究了蒸汽处理蔗渣的温度、时间等条件对蔗渣酶解率的影响．结果表明：蒸汽预处理可使蔗渣粉的晶体表面结构发生变化，适合于与酶结合，可使其酶解率提高４倍之多．提示此法是一种科学、经济和适用的蔗渣预处理方法．

The effect Of temperature,time and other conditions in steam preparation of bagasse on the rate of enzymatic hydrolysis was investigated in this Paper.The surface structure of crystal of bagnsse powder can be changed by the st6am preparation.It's suited to connection with enzyme.and makes rate of enzymatic hydrolysis increase more han four times.This iS a scientific,economic and applicable method,hich is used to the preparation of bagnsse.
