偏心度对高压气瓶容积残余变形率影响的分析

The Analysis of Eccentric Effects on Ratio of Permanent Volumetric Expension

采用弹塑性有限元，对不同材料不同偏心度的气瓶进行了容积残余变形率η的计算．分析了偏心度对容积残变率的影响．结果表明：偏心反对残变率η影响很大，不同材料、不同几何尺寸的筒体，偏心对残变率的影响程度、影响趋势不同．

Calculations have been conducted by elasto -plastic FEM. on the ratio of permanent volumetric expension(η) of gas cylinder of different materials and sizes The results show that the effect of eccentricity on η is signifficant and the tendency and degree of its effect on η are differet from sizes and materials.
