摘要
介绍了一种智能化导热系数测试仪的基本结构和基本工作原理.论述了仪用“STD”总线技术的主导设计思想和仪用“STD”模板在该仪器中的应用以及温度控制过程中的工况判别技术.该仪器的研制和使用提高了保温绝热材料特性测试的自动化和智能化水平,提高了测试精度,减轻了测试人员的劳动强度.
The basic structure and working principle of the intelligent thermoconductivity measurer is discussed. Stress is put on designig ideas of 'STD' -Bus technology and the service of 'STD' -Bus cards in the instrumnt,as well as the differentiating technology for it's working state. By using this instrument, the level of automation and intelligentivity has been improved in the determination of thermoinsulation material property and the measure accuracy has been increased with the work intensity lessened.
