经肛门环扎式结肛吻合术用于低位直肠癌治疗（附200例报告）

A New Technique for Colon-anal Anastomosis by Intraanal Circular

我们利用一种已获国家发明专利的成形吻合支撑管，成功地进行了２００例经肛门环扎式的结肠肛管吻合术。本手术在遵循直肠癌根治原则下，保留了完整的肛管直肠环，肛管、肛门、术后半年以上的排便功能优良率达９８％，解决了保肛与根治矛盾，为低位直肠癌保肛性根治术开创了一条新的道路。该法具有操作简单易行，安全可靠，缩短手术时间，损伤小出血少，吻合口不留缝线异物，吻合愈合牢固，吻合口瘘的发生率为４％，术后康复快，疗效确切。

Using spporting tube,we performed colon-anal anastomosis in 200 patient with radical re-sections of low rectal carcinoma to save the anal canal and sphincter.the anastomoses were completedwithout suturing and the results were satisfactory.Postoperative following up revealed that the howelmovement and sphincter function were all satisfactory.This new technique is simple,safe and easy to per-form.It is considered to be a promising procedure for colonanal anastomosis
