摘要
我们自１９９１年２月至１９９５年２月，用激光加放射治疗晚期宫颈癌２３例，其中Ⅲｂ期２２例，Ⅱｂ期１例，并发大出血者１３例。激光治疗结果：一次局部照射后，全组病人肿癌均缩小１／３─１／２，１３例大出血均立即止血。作者认为：宫颈癌局部激光照射有肿瘤消退快，止血迅速，增强放疗效果的作用。
Institute From February 1991 to February
1995,we use laser and radiotherapy to treat 23 patients with advanced
cancer ofcervix.There were 22 cases with stage Ⅲb,1 case with stage
Ⅱb,13 cases of them complicated major hemorrhage ofthe lesions.After
laser therapy,the lesions were decreased about 1/3─1/2, and bleeding
of the lesions were stoppedquickly.We consider that laser therapy for
advanced carcinoma of cervix have a good results,such as,to decrease
le-sions,stop bleeding quickly, and also enhance effects of
radiotherapy.
