摘要
对３６例肾母细胞瘤患儿进行随访，生存２年以上者１８例（５０％）。结合文献探讨了影响预后的因素及改善预后的措施。
he authors reviewed 36cases of wilms’tumor.The two-year
tumor-free survival ratc was 50%. The results suggest that
histopathologic pattern clinical stage. treatment methods and age are
the important prognostic factors. It is emphasizd that early diagnosis,
preoperative chemotherapy and fouowing-up are the major measurements to
improve the Prognosis.
