介绍了PCAOD系统试验条件优化子系统正交试验设计、线性规划、非线性规划模块的主要设计内容；通过实例计算表明，该子系统计算快过准确，使用灵活方便，通用性强，广泛用于石化行业生产、科研优化设计之中．

This paper introduced primary contents about orthogonal desing, linear and nonlinear programming of test conditions optimization in PCAOD. It had proved by means of example calculating,the subsystem has many advantages (eg. accurary of data treating, easiness of handling eac,) and can be wide ly used to the optimization and the design of petrochemical operation and scientific research.
