摘要
本文通过对三种系统接地和接零保护的分析及对接地电阻,用电设备金属外壳电位U_0的论述,比较分析,使电气工程设计人员更自觉地向国际电工委员会(IEC)靠拢,广泛地推行 TN—S 系统,从而使接到千家万户的低压电更方便安全.
The paper makes the electrical engineering designers close to the IEC stan- dards and widely carry out TN—S system,so that it makes the low-voltage electricity connected with users safer,more reliable and convenient,through the analysis of the protection of ground and zero line connection to three systems,and the comparison and discussion of the grounding resistance and the potential U_0 on the metal shell of electric equipment.
