摘要
在30侧成人标本上观察胸骨舌骨肌的形态、血供和神经支配。测得肌长8.5±1.0cm;该肌有2~5支甲状腺上动脉分支供应,外径约为0.7mm,且大部分(61.0%)从肌的外侧入肌;舌下神经颈袢约发出2支分布这肌,在距肩胛舌骨肌止点3.6±1.4cm处从胸骨舌骨肌的外侧入肌。采用该肌的两端为蒂,作翻转肌皮瓣,修复气管瘘口。本文还对手术方式进行了探讨。
The shape,blood supply ad nerve distribution of the sternohyoid muscle flap were observed on 30 sides of adult cadavers. The length of the muscle is 8. 5±1. 0cm. The muscle is supplied by 2-5 branches of superior thyroid artery, their average diameter is 0. 7mm,and the large parts (61. 0%) enter the muscle mainly on the lateral surface. Two branches of the ansa hypoylossal nerve (ansa cervicalis) innervating the muscle enter the muscle on the lateral surf ace, which is 3. 6±1. 4cm far from terminal point of omohyoid muscle. This muscle can be used as a rotary-door muscle flap with retained muscular pedicle of both ends,and the tracheal defect is colsed with this musculocutaneus flap. Meanwhile, the operative method is discussed in this paper.
