正常人头胸导联与常规导联心电图对照分析

CONTRAST OF THE HC LEAD AND WILSON'S LEAD ON ECG

对35例正常人头胸(HC)导联与常规(wilson′s)导联进行对比.结果,HC导联P、R、T波振幅均高于wilson′s、导联;右胸导联(V_1、V_3R～V_6R)HC导联R波有递增趋势,而wilso′s导联则Q波有递增现象。正后壁(V_7～V_9及V_7R～V_9R),正常人异常Q波检出率wilson′s吕导以显著高于HC导联,前者以V_9R以依次向两侧递减,而在HC导联则无一例异常Q波的出现。提示,对冠心病心肌缺血,心肌梗塞(尤其是右室梗塞)的诊断及假性Q波的鉴别诊断,HC导联可以弥补wilson′s导联的某些不足;对某些心律失常及病理性低电压的观察及诊断可以提供有关依据,从而提高临床的诊断率。

The HC lead was contrasted with Wilson's lead on ECG for 35 normal subjects. The results showed that amplitude of P. R. T. waves of HC lead on right chest lead (V1 - V6R) showed a tendency to increase progressively, while Q- wave on Wilson's lead showed a phenomenon of increasing by degress. The medialposterior wall lead (V7 - V9 and V7R - V9R) in normal subjects, the abnormal rates of Q- wave on Wilson's lead was notably higher than that on HC lead,and on Wilson's lead centering on V9R wave decreased towards both sides by degrees respectively. Therefore,the rusults indicated that HC lead would make up some weaknesses of myocardial ischemia, myocardial infarction (especially Right ventricle), some cases of arrhythmia, the abnormal low tension and false Q-wave. Thus,clinical diagnosis level may be inproved.
