摘要
对经手术证实的20例脑动脉瘤的MRA和IA-DSA的影像进行了对照分析研究,经MRA检出19例(95%)动脉瘤,9例为10mm以下的动脉瘤,最小的4mm,与DSA检出率(19/20)相仿。MRA的定位符合率为84%,低于DSA(95%)。13/19例(68%)在MRA图像上能显示动脉瘤的瘤颈。作者认为MRA是一种新的非侵入性的血管影像方法,可作为脑动脉瘤高危病例的筛选检查,随着MRA技术的进一步完善,MRA有望在神经外科领域替代部分侵入性血管造影检查。
We compared magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) and intra-arterial digital substraction anglography(IA-DSA ) in 20 cases with intracranial aneurysms. All cases were confirmed by operation. 13 of 14 (93% ) lesions were detected by MRA. The diameter of 9 aneurysms were less than 10mm, the slnallest one was 4mm, The size of the lesions were well corrected with IA-DSA. As colnpared with the relationship between the aneurysms and their parent vessels in MRA+IA-DSA, 9 of 13 lesions were well assessed by MRA. The location of the aneurysms also were studied and showed 10 of 13 (77 % ) aneurysms were precisely positioned by MRA, it was lower than IA-DSA (95% ). Therefore, authors conclude that MRA,as a new, noninvasive method of vascular irnaging, is a useful tool for screening in patients with high risk for intracranial aneurysm. And looking forward, with further improvement of MRA technique, it will replace part of regular invasive contrast angiography.
