小曲率短半径径向井打捞及复杂情况处理

Fishing Operation and Emergency Handling for Short-radius Radial Wells

渤海石油公司使用小曲率短半径导向马达，首次成功的在花岗岩地层中钻成了一口径向分支井，该井在72°的井斜条件下，降斜侧钻成径向分支井，最大降斜率118.2°／30m，最小曲率半径4．78m。经测试获得每天330kl的工业油流。本文总结了该井在使用小曲率短半径马达以及处理井下复杂情况过程中的认识和体会。通过对该井的打捞及复杂情况的处理，了解和掌握了小曲率短半径井眼的作业特点以及短半径系统导向马达的操作特性，并对小曲率短半径井眼的打捞作业，有了比较深刻的认识。该井的钻探成功，为渤海今后在花岗岩里找油找气开发油气资源，积累了成功的经验。

Bohai drilling company has drilled a radial branched well in the granitic formations with short-radius steerable motor for the first time. This well was sidetracked under the condition of well deviation 72°,the max-drop-off rate is 118- 2°/30m and the min-curvature radius is 4. 78m. This well has obtained industrial oil flow 330 kl/d by testing. This paper summarizes the knowledge and experience of using short-radius steerable motor and emergency handling, the operation characteristics of short-radius steerable motor system have been mastered. The fishing operation in this short-radius well are also summarized. Therefore,it is concluded that successful drilling in granitic formations will lay a foundation for the development of oil and gas in Bohai Oilfield,
