摘要
通过热力计算对锅炉出口加设汽-水分离器以提高蒸汽干度的可行性进行了论证,并分析研究了其结构原理及工艺流程。现场应用表明:在锅炉出口干度为65%~85%时,分离器出口干度达95%以上,大大提高了注蒸汽井的热采效果。
Through thermal calculation,the authors discuss the feasibility of promoting steam quality by adding steam-water separator at outlet of boiler, and research its structure principle and technical process as well. Field application shows that the dryness fraction of separator outlet can get more than 95 % when the steam quality of boiler outlet is between 65% ~80%. The thermaI recovery effect of steamed well is increased greatly.
